01  Tensun Tire (Weihai) Co., Ltd. Named Chairman Unit of CRIA Cycle Tyre Branch

On Nov 5, 2025, the 2025 Cycle Tyre Annual Conference & the 40th Anniversary General Meeting was held in Weihai. Tensun Tire (Weihai) was confirmed as the new Chairman Unit, with GM Ma Guangming as the new Chairman.

02  Industry Economy Maintains Stable and Positive Growth

In 2025, the industry leveraged the recovery of the domestic two-wheeler market and strong international demand to promote transformation and optimize the dual-circulation pattern. CRIA statistics show that from Jan-Nov 2025, key member companies saw industrial output value +12% YoY, main revenue +13%, export delivery value +16%, and profit +18%.

03  China's Motorcycle Tire Exports and Imports Hit Record Highs

Customs data (Jan-Nov 2025): motorcycle tire exports reached 75 million units (casing) and 260 million units (tube). Casing exports already exceeded the full-year 2024 total of 71 million units. Full-year exports are forecast to surpass 80 million (casing) and 270 million (tube), setting new records. Imports reached 1.44 million casings, exceeding the 2024 total of 993,000, with the full-year figure expected to surpass 1.5 million, a new high.

04  First National Motorcycle & Bicycle Tire Industry Innovation & Development Forum Held

From June 10-12, 2025, the CRIA Cycle Tyre Branch held the first forum in Hangzhou, themed "Innovation-Driven, Green Development." Nearly 100 delegates attended, fostering closer industry chain cooperation and promoting new quality productive forces.

05  Cycle Tyre Industry "15th Five-Year Plan" Guidelines Officially Released

The "15th Five-Year Plan Guidelines for Cycle Tyre Industry," was officially released on Oct 20, 2025, as part of the China Rubber Industry Plan, providing strategic guidance.

06  Group Standard for Energy Consumption Limits Per Unit Product Released

The association standard "Energy Consumption Limits Per Unit Product for Cycle Tyre Industry," led by Shandong Jiluer Tire, was released by CRIA on Sept 12, 2025, and took effect Dec 1, 2025.

07  First Leading Company with Two-Wheeler Tires as Main Product Listed

On June 5, 2025, Zhongce Rubber Group Co., Ltd. was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, becoming the first listed company whose main products include motorcycle, bicycle, and e-bike tires.

08  Industry Leaders Accelerate Upgrade to High-End Manufacturing

Tensun Tire's 12 million-unit high-performance green radial motorcycle tire project is nearing completion, with construction of smart workshops, R&D, and testing centers mostly finished. Hebei Wanda Tire held the first-tire offline ceremony for its radial motorcycle tire project (5 million units annual capacity) on Nov 27, 2025, completing construction in just over 8 months. Sichuan Yuanxing Rubber started its 110 million-yuan technical renovation project for a 30 million-unit radial tire line in Sept 2025, boosting annual capacity from 75 million to 105 million units. Jiangsu Donghao New Materials' renovation project for 0.5 million OTR tires, 1.8 million industrial special tires, and 0.2 million radial agricultural tires was approved.

In 2025, companies continued structural adjustment and innovation, winning multiple honors.
